Trivia Night & Charity Auction for Connor Maclean

Community Care Options in association with Rotary and C.ex Coffs hosted a fundraising evening on Wednesday 12 February 2014 at C.ex Coffs. The aim of the night was to raise much needed money to help Connor Maclean get to the USA for essential medical treatment. Over 300 people attended the event where guest had their knowledge of Trivia tested while enjoying an uplifting evening of fun & laughs.

MC Michael Crossland hosted a Charity Auction on the night and kept bidding going in spectacular fashion. Reknown local artist Jules Faber also joined us on the night doing caricatures for guests, with all proceeds being donated back to Connor.

$12,000 was raised for Connor from tickets sales, the charity auction, donations, raffle and Jules’ contribution. All in all it was a great night for those who attended and importantly a great result for Connor. Special thanks to all the local businesses who donated auction items and prizes for the night. What a great example of a community pulling together to help a young man in need.
