CEO Deb Ryan issued this message to the team at CCO after their outstanding win at this years Sunny’s Business Awards held at the C.ex Coffs on Saturday 6 August 2016:

A huge congratulations to all the awesome staff at Community Care Options. We had an incredible night at the Sunny’s Business Awards on Saturday taking out the following categories –

You should all feel incredibly proud of your contributions to our great business. We achieve what we achieve because of teamwork, hard work and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. As always I am incredibly proud of all of you and what you achieve every day. 

At time of much change within our sector awards like these go a long way to cementing our place as provider of choice for people in our community. It is fantastic to finally see not for profit organisations like CCO being recognised as leaders in business. We have very complex and robust business processes and practices that are comparable with and probably exceed those in place in many businesses.

Our success is due to – YOU our staff. We choose the best people, we demonstrate excellent ethics, we can achieve anything, when we work together for the same goals.

You should all be proud of what you do. It does make a difference.
