National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a planning & service system developed by the Australian Government to assist people with a disability. The system may provide funds directly to individuals & families so that they can choose the services they want & need.

The NDIS supports people with a disability to –

  • Access mainstream services & supports
  • Access community services & supports
  • Maintain informal support arrangements
  • Receive reasonable & necessary funded supports
  • Community Care Options is a Registered Provider under the National Disability Services Act. Our service aims to support client choice, independence and empowerment.
  • We are currently registered to provide the following services and supports –
  • Plan Management
  • Support Coordination
  • Service Delivery

CCO prices are in line with the NDIS price guide and we are eligible Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) providers. You can find the hourly rate for all service types here.
