Terms & Conditions

Clients are requested to a pay a monthly contribution towards the cost of their service.

Income from contributions is used to supplement the costs of service provision and to enhance and expand the provision of services.

The government determines appropriate fee schedules and the upper limit for people who are on a full pension.

The contribution takes into account the person’s individual capacity to pay, equity with other clients, the total effect of the range of charges being paid by each client, and other family, housing and disability commitments.

The Case Manager will discuss contributions with the client during initial assessment and negotiate an appropriate contribution based on our current rates and services required by the client.

Clients that have the capacity to pay are requested to pay a contribution, however clients will not be refused a service due to an inability to pay.
