The Valley Gym

The Valley Gym is situated in two locations on the Mid North Coast, the beautiful beachside suburbs of Nambucca Heads and Urunga. Both facilities are locally owned and operated by Peter and Irene Williams, who believe that everyone, no matter what their body shape, fitness level or age, should be able to enjoy their workout experience without feeling intimidated. The Valley Gym offers classes, programs and facilities to suit all members and has an array of equipment that guarantees your workout will have variety, so you can make it fun, effective and safe. The Valley Gym operates in conjunction with other health professionals such as medical practitioners and physiotherapists when needed. Exercise Rehabilitation and Work Cover clients are welcome.
