Deb has been leading the organisation since 2007 and brings significant experience specifically in supporting people with a disability, as well as extensive management experience and qualifications from other roles in the public welfare sector. Deb is passionate about the organisation, the outcomes achieved for our clients and the support and opportunities we give our staff.

With the support of the Board and the Management Team, Deb facilitates the leadership, vision and strategic direction of the organisation, as well as maintaining a focus on quality systems and contractual compliance.

Deb enjoys spending time with family, reading, good food and more recently travelling and photography. Her passion is people and getting the best for them and of them.
