The Department of Veteran Affairs Community Nursing program (DVA Nursing) is Government funded to provide you with services in your own home if you are an eligible member of the veteran community.
Our services are designed to enhance your quality of life and increase your independence. We can provide you with clinical assessment and planning, nursing support and personal care.
Your General Practitioner can speak with you about your eligibility for DVA Nursing and refer you to us.
